Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

Perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare items must remain sealed for hygienic reasons.
- Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cosmeticadeals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order for a different item, we are happy to assist:
- Follow the same steps as a return request.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please note: opened or used beauty products, customised items, and final sale products cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
