RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Packaging, seals, and cellophane must remain intact.
- Items showing signs of use, opened packaging, or damaged boxes will not be accepted.
How do I initiate a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
When will I receive my refund?

Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are possible as long as the product is in its original sealed condition. Please contact us to arrange this. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Yes. We only sell original, brand-new, and sealed products from trusted suppliers and authorized distributors. COSMETICA DEALS does not sell fakes, imitations, or copies.
Do you sell testers or sample sizes?
No. We only sell full-size retail products in their original packaging. We do not sell testers, samples, or products without packaging.
What is the shelf life of perfumes and cosmetics?
Most perfumes last 3–5 years unopened when stored correctly. Cosmetics and skincare products also display an expiry date or PAO symbol (Period After Opening) on their packaging. Always store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Why are your prices lower than in traditional stores?
Because we operate exclusively online and buy in large volumes, we can keep costs low and pass the savings directly to you — without compromising authenticity or quality.
